Red Error Message: “An unexpected error has occurred…”

This error message may be due to the inactivity timer, which is a functionality that closes user sessions when you are idle for a specified period of time.

Currently, the time-out value is set to 1 hour. After the expiration, you will need to re-login to your Gooru account.

The error message can also appear in the Content Editor profile if a previewed assessment or collection is not permitted to load before the user tries to exit.

In any instance, try refreshing your page. You might need to log out and then try logging back in.
