Participate in the content build of larger courses

  • Description: These courses would need to have relevant resources and assessments and should be able to contribute to the development of various abilities in Learners. Either in terms of enhancing the employability of youth or in helping K-12 students develop social and emotional skills to handle challenges.
    • The courses mentioned below have frameworks already on the Navigator, which can guide the content builders.
      • Intermediate and Advanced levels of soft skills for Employability
      • Social and Emotional Learning in primary school Children
      • Soft skills for K-12 students
    • New Framework and courses:
      • Spoken English in India for nursing care, hospitality sectors: These courses would require a competency framework to be developed and would need to factor local contexts in India.
  • Skills: Ideally content developers for the above courses would need to have a good understanding of soft skills, social-emotional aspects of learning, and how such skills can translate into better livelihoods. A good understanding of Indian and third world context would be very valuable.
